Skillet Potatoes

7-8 potatoes thinly sliced ( any potatoes you want to use)

4 garlic cloves, minced

Salt and pepper

Italian seasoning

3 Tbl. Butter

Parmesan cheese


Preheat oven 400*


Rub olive oil in a 10’ cast iron skillet

Slice the potatoes thinly and arrange the potatoes vertically in the skillet.

Sprinkle the minced garlic all over potatoes. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning all over potatoes.

Then cube butter and put all around on the potatoes.


Cover skillet with foil and bake 45 minutes. Then check potatoes till tender. If tender, uncover and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and bake another 10 minutes. Or broil for a little browning.
