Sante Fe

Santa Fe

The City Different

If you haven’t discovered the beautiful destination of Santa Fe, I highly recommend that you make a trip to this remarkable place.

As you wander the streets, you are surrounded by the Adobe architecture everywhere, four hundred years of cultural history, and amazingly delicious southwest cuisine.

There is something about being in Santa Fe, that affects you in a way like no other. There’s a saying, “ when you spend enough time here, it gets inside your soul, and you just feel it.

" In Spanish, Santa Fe means “ Holy Faith “. There are so many historical cathedrals, some of which are the oldest cathedrals in the United States. The town of Santa Fe is nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, that are known as the Sangre de Cristos, which means “ Blood of Christ “.

These past four years, I have had the joy of traveling to Santa Fe, and getting to spend time experiencing the culture, history, and

visiting the history and art museums.

I have posted some of my pictures I’ve taken over the years, hoping someday you will make Santa Fe a destination for you to enjoy and experience.

My one last bit of advice to you is:

* make a destination

* visit the culture

* see the art and history

museums

* drive the scenic roads

* let it capture your soul

With thanks

Laurie Walker
