Pecan Crusted Dijon Salmon

4 salmon fillets

1/2 c. Chopped Pecans

1 Tbl. Dijon Mustard

1/2 c. Panko Crumbs

1/2 tsp basil

Drizzle of Olive Oil


Preheat oven to 375


Salt and pepper the fillets on both sides. Top each salmon with the crumb mixture.

Bake for 20 minutes, then check for doneness.


As a side dish, we had brown rice and broccoli with green beans.
