Kettle Corn

This is my version of Kettle Corn I came up with. I wanted to come up with a “ healthier “ alternative to the delicious snack. I’m a popcorn snacked, so I wanted to try my version.


My Kettle Corn


4 Tbl. Honey

1-2 Tbl. Butter

Salt


Add enough popcorn kernels that cover the bottom of pot with oil.

I use Grape Seed oil, or Avocado oil because of its high heat content.

Mix honey and butter in a microwave safe bowl. Add salt to melted mixture.

After the popcorn has popped, I take a large bowl and pour half of popcorn into bowl and drizzle half of honey mixture over popcorn and stir to coat.

Then repeat with the rest of the other half of popcorn and honey mixture.

Add more salt to taste.

This tastes really good!!!

I’ll be making this a lot!!!
