Chicken, includes whatever you all like to eat. This can be used on beef also.
Coat chicken with olive oil
Coat the meat liberally with lemon pepper. Then let set in fridge for a couple of hours.
Set out to room temperature before putting on the grill.
It’s pretty simple, because this is spoken by Jim.
Then he set the rest of the veggies and potatoes for the grill.
