It’s good to drink your greens!! I make this green smoothie at least twice a week. Greens help your immune system, our organs, and overall health for our bodies. Great for your digestion also. This is how I make this smoothie. I cut the ingredients in half, so I’m not making a lot. I like to drink it fresh, and not keep extra in the fridge for another day.
1 handful, about 1cup of Romaine lettuce
1 handful of spinach, about 1cup
1/2 Apple
1/2 pear
1/2 orange
1 whole banana
1/2 c. Chopped English cucumber
I just eyeball about 1/3 to 1/2 c of water, for mixing.
If you want, add a little honey, if you want to have sweetness.
