This cheese recipe is very tasty and simple to make, whether as a cheese ball or smaller cheese ball bites. I like to use pretzel sticks for an easy way to pick up the cheese balls. Then you can eat it all.
Cheese Ball Recipe
1 8oz. Pkg of cream cheese, softened
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can artichoke hearts, ( not in oil), drained and chopped
1/3 c. Diced red pepper
Splash of Worcestershire sauce
Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate about 30 minutes.
Then shape into ball and roll around in chopped nuts of your choice.
This makes roughly 24 small cheese balls.
These get gobbled up at any gathering. This time I used chopped pistachios, which added a good flavor, plus a little saltiness.
